Either as a complimentary service to our building fabric operations, or as a standalone solution, we provide a full range of mechanical & electrical services, enabling us to offer a cohesive suite of services to the same range of clients, to the same high standards of workmanship and professionalism.
Led by Paul Goddard, who has over 25 years experience in service delivery, a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, all directly-employed, undertake a full range of M&E services, including design, installation and ongoing maintenance. Our staff are technically competent and have the full support of an experienced management team, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations including the 16th and 17th Edition of the I.E.E. Regulations and Gas Safe Register Scheme. We are also members of the Institute of Plumbing and NICEIC. Consistent within the business, the same exacting standards are used, with safe working practises and procedures set out as standard.
